Eric Tay
Eric is equipped with many years of experience in the property and real estate industry. He has managed public housing estates and policies with the Housing& Development Board and subsequently township management with the Town Councils in the first 9 years of his career.
Eric ventured into private sector developments in year 2000 when he joined professional managing agent company, Colliers Jardine Singapore as a property manager. This was the start of his illustrious career in managing strata titled developments and common area management for building owners and developers. He has good knowledge in building guidelines and prevalent legislations in relation to common area management. His knowledge in building management encompasses residential, office and industrial property types.
Prior to incorporating LE Property Consultancy Pte Ltd, Eric has held senior management positions in his past employments that required him to oversee a team size of between 40 to 70 in total staff strength. As a senior person in the management team, Eric was also entrusted with the responsibilities in business profitability and development. He has been with reputable real estate companies and Developers and attributes his management skills and hands-on upbringing to his past employers.
Eric has an Honors Degree in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore. He is a certified Fire Safety Manager and a member of the Association of Property & Facility Managers, and he subscribes and adopts many of the recommended practices by the Association. This will ensure continual compliance to industry standards and guidelines for LE Property Consultancy Pte Ltd. The company is awarded accredited managing agent status by the SISV/APFM.
Law Hui Noi
Hui Noi has very good in-depth knowledge in common area management and legislative/regulatory guidelines governing strata titled developments. Her practical experience in managing building issues with Developers and Management Corporations has put her in good stead to see to the operations of LE Property Consultancy Pte Ltd.
Hui Noi has managed a variety of property types, ranging from residential to commercial developments. She is, therefore, familiar with building guidelines and requirements for the various property types. In addition to estate operations, Hui Noi is well versed in common area financial matters that relates to effective budgeting and cost control measures.
Hui Noi is trained in Workplace Safety & Health requirements and in BizSAFE certification. Her knowledge in this area enables her to identify and to carry out effective risk assessment for various estate-related tasks, which will ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Hui Noi is a certified Fire Safety Manager and possesses a Diploma in Intelligent Building Technology from Temasek Polytechnic and a Degree in Facilities Management from Heriot Watt University (UK).
